HR NETwork offers hourly fee recruiting searches to help you drastically reduce your recruiting costs. With this program we source and screen qualified candidates for you to interview. You can hire one or all the candidates presented and the cost is the same.

Contingency Searches
HR NETwork offers contingency recruiting searches at 20% of the annual base salary of the search position. With this program you don't pay unless you hire the candidate.

Recruiting and identification phase of prospective candidate (ad cost not included)
Presentation of qualified candidates
Initial interviews
Final interviews
Offer extended, offer accepted
Start date agreed upon

Pricing Information:
Hourly Recruiting Searches: $65 per hour
Contingency Search: 20% of Yearly Base Salary
