HR Partner
For less than half the cost of an HR manager, this package includes access to HR NETwork's entire staff of human resource professionals and their expertise to develop, implement, or re-engineer your human resource programs and systems, maximizing employee effectiveness and meeting company objectives. Specifically, as an HR Partner client, your package includes:
HR Expertise
HR NETwork's professional staff will work directly with your staff to support and fulfill your HR needs. Our team will be available to advise company management in personnel policy and program matters, recommending appropriate decisions consistent with your strategic direction. An HR Account Manager will be available to come on-site at your location for a set number of visits per month. Additionally, our staff is accessible by phone for day-to-day inquiries and guidance on employment related matters when an on-site visit is not needed.
Employee HR HOTline
The HR HOTline is a toll-free number where employees can call to speak anonymously, or in confidence, with a trained HR NETwork representative. A written report of each call is sent to you, giving you the opportunity to take swift and appropriate action toward resolving the problem. A hotline service provides several major benefits to the employer:
- A tool that gives you the ability to hear the concerns of your employee who might otherwise be too intimidated or inhibited from raising a genuine and legitimate workplace issue.
- The hotline provides a place for employees to vent, a neutral 3rd party other than an attorney who might otherwise encourage a lawsuit
- The hotline may be used as a defense mechanism. Recently, two employers both prevailed in lawsuits brought against them by prior employees based on the fact that a hotline service was provided to these employees, but not utilized.
Compliance/Liability Management and Litigation Avoidance
We focus on reducing or eliminating the risks associated with the HR function by providing proactive compliance with all state and federal laws and related governing agencies. Services include:
- An annual HR Audit with a full presentation of audit results to Senior Management
- Hiring, disciplining and terminating employees
- A customized Employee Handbook, updated regularly
- Comprehensive safety and affirmative action programs
- Materials available in Spanish upon request
Program and Policy Development
HR NETwork will develop and implement HR programs that are aligned with your strategic direction and assist in meeting your company goals and objectives. We will identify and implement the programs you want in your business, such as New-Hire Orientation or an Employee Referral Program. With this service, HR NETwork will provide you with management training on productively administering company policies.
Compensation Development and Design
HR NETwork will conduct a wage and salary review and develop a formalized salary administration program for all your job classifications using competitive market analysis data. We will facilitate discussions with key management to discuss critical success factors of the organization and assist your company with assessing the appropriateness of various compensation systems and/or incentive pay plans. Our goal is to design a compensation plan to help your company meet its strategic goals and financial targets.
Employment Administration
We reduce the burden of employment-related paperwork and record keeping. Services include:
- Personnel forms, policies, procedures, and record management
- Performance management
- Workers' compensation program audits
- Unemployment claims management
Training and Development
We will conduct an organizational needs assessment to develop and deliver training programs that are aligned with your business objectives. Our course material is extensive and covers both current and required HR topics related to your business needs. Training will be conducted at your site and will be targeted to your specific training needs.
